A Contract Review undertaken by procurement professionals based upon fresh, impartial thinking may be just what you need.

It can serve three key purposes:  

  • Provide formal post-completion 'lessons learned'  for next time or
  • Act as a mid-contract review, if a project is under threat from time delays or overspends
  • An assessment of procurement compliance with specific legislation

  • Undertake a detailed review of all procurement activities to date
  • Analyse business risk with regard to key suppliers and contract terms and conditions
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of the current processes
  • Identify opportunities for cost and process improvements without having a detrimental impact on the overall project programme
  • Produce a report and action plans to deliver improvements

We undertake many reviews of this nature and help clients to recover from their supply chain problems. This involves reviewing their strategies and procedures, renegotiating with individual suppliers to improve costs and terms and conditions of the contract.
