Quality management, business continuity and information security were key areas of focus and the consultancy service FPA offers and its 100% track record gave DHU Healthcare reassurance. We guided their team through the management of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the development, implementation and external audit of ISO 27001 Information Security Standard along with ISO 22301 Business Continuity Standard.
Our advice and support have provided the foundations for continuous improvement and have enabled DHU Healthcare to remain in a position to maintain standards on an ongoing basis.
Achieving accreditation against internationally recognised best practice was really important to DHU Healthcare.
First Quality Solutions provided the expert support, advice and guidance required to help DHU Healthcare to achieve a range of quality standards.
The patients, people and the communities DHU Healthcare serve now have the reassurance that its service provider delivers compassionate, high-quality care and treatment, as well as holding fully audited accreditation for the policies, procedures and processes that underpin everything the company does.
“We are really pleased with the level of support First Quality Solutions provided to DHU Healthcare – they demonstrated a real commitment and helped us through every step of the process. They gave exactly the right guidance and advice, bringing our wish to implement the ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards through to a successful conclusion. Their expertise and knowledge at each stage of the journey was exceptional. We have taken opportunities to review our processes, looked at more efficient ways of working - and found solutions to any identified challenges with FQS’ assistance. Their approach is not simply contractual, it is about client collaboration. Above all, we are delighted that in becoming accredited they have helped to give our stakeholders – including the commissioners and partners in our health communities – assurance that we are determined to provide the best practices, alongside compassionate high-quality patient care. ”Jenny Tilson - Director of Nursing and Quality
