FPA Consulting is pleased to announce that we have completed our initial assessment and the company has been awarded Cyber Essentials certification.
Cyber Essentials was established by the UK government to introduce a recognised scheme to enable a safer, secure, and protected online environment for all organisations.
The UK government worked alongside the National Cyber Security Centre to ensure that Cyber Essentials Certification meets the essential requirements to defend organisations from potential cyber-attacks.
The scheme was launched with backing from industry including the Federation of Small Businesses, the CBI and a number of insurance organisations and over 120,000 certificates have been awarded to businesses, charities, educational institutions and other organisations.
WHY CYBER ESSENTIALS IS CRITICAL TO OUR BUSINESS
The Cyber Essentials Certification is a pledge to our customers that we are constantly working to secure all our technology against a possible cyber-attack. It demonstrates that our organisation takes cyber security seriously and is using measures to protect and upkeep our systems and processes.
Having achieved our own Cyber Essentials Certification we are also able to support customers in achieving their own certification. If these are benefits you think your organisation would like to take advantage of, please get in touch.
We are excited to announce the expansion of our team following the appointment of Dave Brandon and Caroline Eyden.
