FPA Consulting Retains Investors in People Gold Status

We are pleased to share that FPA Consulting has not only retained its Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award (Advanced Level) but also progressed to achieving three indicators at a Platinum (High Performing) level. This prestigious accolade places us among the top UK organisations to achieve Gold status, highlighting our unwavering commitment to employee development and organisational excellence.

Our journey commenced in 1999, two years after starting the business when we recognised the benefits of IIP. After retaining our Award over successive years in 2021 we were delighted to have progressed to the Gold Level, which we retained on the 7^th November 2024.
