We are proud to announce that as a result of our latest Investors in People assessment we have achieved Gold Award!
FPA Consulting has worked with Investors in People for over 20 years and we are proud to announce that as a result of the latest rigorous assessment we now join a small elite number of organisations across the UK that have achieved the Gold Standard.
To gain an IIP standard, IIP use its ‘We invest in people framework’ to carry out an assessment to understand how we lead, support and develop our people at work.
At the end of this assessment, IIP take all of these findings and turn them into a report which sums up and provides recommendations to drive continuous improvement and this is used to determine which level you’ve achieved. There are four levels; Standard, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
During the assessment, companies are assessed in three key areas:
Commenting, John Barke Managing Director said, “As we constantly explain to our clients, obtaining a management standard is always the start of a journey towards continuous improvement and obviously we like to practice what we preach! We are very proud to have now attained Gold Standard and plan to continue the journey. This prestigious award demonstrates FPA’s ongoing commitment towards training, developing and empowering colleagues, which in turn assists us to deliver high-quality support services to our clients.”
Kerry Ireland, IIP Assessor, commented, “Employees are positive, dynamic and motivated, the culture is strong and learning orientated, the communication processes both formal and informal are excellent and the company thrives on opportunity.”
We are excited to announce the expansion of our team following the appointment of Dave Brandon and Caroline Eyden.
