We’re celebrating our 25th anniversary

It is with pride that we reflect on what has been achieved over the past 25 years.

Pride is the overriding emotion, in our culture, our people, past and present who through all their hard work, support for each other and ‘can do’ attitude have built our business into what it is today.

Pride in our record of creating jobs and opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers through training and education. A few of us joined from the start but the majority have joined along the way, with our current average length of service today being 13 years.

Pride in the development of new services to give the business the opportunity to evolve and widen its offering.

Pride in our clients, many of whom have been with us from the start of our journey, with many new ones joining us along the way.

Pride in our suppliers and partners who have supported us since day one.

It sounds straight forward and in a lot of ways, business is that simple, but also that difficult, with the hard bit finding the right people, right services, right clients and right suppliers.

Over the past 25 years there have been many key milestones:

1997 – Established our business, building on the core skill sets of Procurement & Contracting including Fuel and Utilities with our clients working in the Rail Sector.

1997 – Achieved ISO 9001 certification.

1999 – Established our First Quality Solutions Division, offering Quality, Environmental, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Information Security and Business Training support.

1999 – Achieved Investors in People Award

1999 – Won Chamber of Commerce ‘Young Business of the Year Award’

2008– Became an Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) approved training centre

2021 – Achieved Investors in People – Gold Award

2022 – Achieved Cyber Essentials Certification

2022 – Became an Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA) approved training centre

It has taken hard work and determination and I am proud to say that after 25 years we continue to go from strength to strength. Our reputation for delivering our services through great people is the key to our success giving us over 90% customer retention year on year.

We look forward to continuing to support our staff, our existing and new clients and our suppliers as we move into the future.
