There is the green caring side of considering wildlife, ecosystems, natural cycles and global warming, then there is the less glamorous side involving understanding what you are putting down drains and in bins. We get to grips with your interceptors and your skips, your packaging, your waste oil drums and your bunding to assess if you are operating in compliance with the law and best practice.
Pollution carries heavy costs for your business and the environment and should be avoided.
More and more customers are demanding a level of consideration for the environment with tenders and bids specifying suppliers have ISO14001 as a pre-requisite in some cases. There is no doubt we have become more disposable in our consumer attitudes and this move towards encouraging environmental awareness is long overdue.
We are also in the unique position to be able to offer energy tariff and supplier advice and the implementation of ISO 50001 Energy Management into your business. This seeks to reduce your energy usage overall and is managed by our procurement specialists.
All our environmental consultants are IEMA and/or CIEH qualified and have decades of experience across many industries. Our procurement specialists are CIPS qualified.
The combined experience of our team offers over 60 years of experience in across a wide variety of sectors. These include construction, rail, manufacturing, service providers, air compression, engineering, fire protection products, on-site workers, night shift staff, property management and general offices.
Our training division, First Quality Solutions can also provide a range of training courses related to the environment and sustainability. We hold training days that individuals can book and we can also deliver training in-house at your company if you have a group of people who need training at the same time.
If you would like to discuss how we can support your organisation, please get in touch.

This waste management procurement project involved a detailed assessment of the two current arrangements to firstly determine their suitability in relation to the day to day operational needs of the school and, secondly, to evaluate whether or not they were providing value for money. We then provided ongoing post-contract support for the subsequent new agreement.
